Subscription Management:

Customers can manage their subscription through the online customer portal at any time

Cancellation Policy:

  • Eligibility: Cancellation anytime
  • How to Cancel: Log into your customer portal and select cancellation
  • Effect: No further automatic payments or product deliveries
  • No Cancellation Fees: Free to cancel at any time

Subscription Modifications:

Customers can modify their subscription after their initial order

Frequency Changes:

  • Switch between 2-weekly, 4-weekly, or 6-weekly delivery schedules
  • Changes can be made at any time

Flavour Changes:

  • Update flavour selection for next delivery
  • Choose from: Lemon & Lime, Coconut, Tropical Breeze, Sour Cherry

Pause or Skip Orders:

  • Pause subscription temporarily
  • Skip individual deliveries

Modification Deadline

  • Changes must be made at least 3 days before next scheduled delivery
  • Modifications made after this deadline will apply to the following order

Billing Schedule

  • Subscriptions billed according to selected frequency:
  • 2-weekly: Every 2 weeks
  • 4-weekly: Every 4 weeks
  • 6-weekly: Every 6 weeks
  • Billing occurs on scheduled delivery date
