Subscription Modifications:
Customers can modify their subscription after their initial order
Frequency Changes:
- Switch between 2-weekly, 4-weekly, or 6-weekly delivery schedules
- Changes can be made at any time
Flavour Changes:
- Update flavour selection for next delivery
- Choose from: Lemon & Lime, Coconut, Tropical Breeze, Sour Cherry
Pause or Skip Orders:
- Pause subscription temporarily
- Skip individual deliveries
Modification Deadline
- Changes must be made at least 3 days before next scheduled delivery
- Modifications made after this deadline will apply to the following order
Billing Schedule
- Subscriptions billed according to selected frequency:
- 2-weekly: Every 2 weeks
- 4-weekly: Every 4 weeks
- 6-weekly: Every 6 weeks
- Billing occurs on scheduled delivery date
